Moon Dance

Finally, after all the hardship practicing for the dance
it is finally on the stage.
The moment was so nervous
it had been awhile for me to stand up at the stage infront so many people
I purposely didn't wear my contact lens
just to reduce my nervouse feeling....hehe...

Really enjoyed the time dancing...
the feeling of movement
and the sweat out from the body
the dance feeling is great ^^
I am gona miss it lot....

The 5 love language

this was taught by form six Bio Teacher (Mdm Gan)

based on what i understand,
this 5 love language is the basic 5 element needed in a relationship
this apply between friendship, couple, husband and wife, children and parent

These 5 love language are

• Words of Affirmation

  Actions don’t always speak louder than words. If this is your love language, unsolicited compliments mean the world to you. Hearing the words, “I love you,” are important—hearing the reasons behind that love sends your spirits skyward. Insults can leave you shattered and are not easily forgotten.

• Quality Time

  In the vernacular of Quality Time, nothing says, “I love you,” like full, undivided attention. Being there for this type of person is critical, but really being there—with the TV off, fork and knife down, and all chores and tasks on standby—makes your significant other feel truly special and loved. Distractions, postponed dates, or the failure to listen can be especially hurtful.

• Receiving Gifts

  Don’t mistake this love language for materialism; the receiver of gifts thrives on the love, thoughtfulness, and effort behind the gift. If you speak this language, the perfect gift or gesture shows that you are known, you are cared for, and you are prized above whatever was sacrificed to bring the gift to you. A missed birthday, anniversary, or a hasty, thoughtless gift would be disastrous—so would the absence of everyday gestures.

• Acts of Service

  Can vacuuming the floors really be an expression of love? Absolutely! Anything you do to ease the burden of responsibilities weighing on an “Acts of Service” person will speak volumes. The words he or she most want to hear: “Let me do that for you.” Laziness, broken commitments, and making more work for them tell speakers of this language their feelings don’t matter.

• Physical Touch

  This language isn’t all about the bedroom. A person whose primary language is Physical Touch is, not surprisingly, very touchy. Hugs, pats on the back, holding hands, and thoughtful touches on the arm, shoulder, or face—they can all be ways to show excitement, concern, care, and love. Physical presence and accessibility are crucial, while neglect or abuse can be unforgivable and destructive.

Those time ~

Today on my way back from Kuala Lumpur
while waiting KTM at the paltform
I realised it had been a while since last time the same senario happened.

HOwever, different location, different timing, but the feeling is the same
when you are still around here, I used to come up quite frequent
I missed those time, hanging around at your house
having simple dinner or lunch together
doing nothing but spending time with each other
I missed those time

taking bus alone from JB to KL
or going back from KL to JB
every sinlge moment i spend in KL
these memory is the best

Junction in the journey

I am a indecisive people
yet, I meet a lot of choice in my life...
reaching junction in the life journey

choice to choose my partner (although is not choosing life partner )
choice to go oversea for field visit
choice to study
choice to work
and choice for life....

really thank god
untill now, I had a blessed life
I have a lot of opportunity, and all of them are good chances
not everyone have this kind of chances to choose

Everytime I stood in front those junction, I need to make decision
I never regrate my choice, at least those decision i made in my life journey

I hope as this journey proceed....
everything will be smooth....
