Work

One more month than I had work in this company for one year.

Learned quite a lot in this company.

Quite a nice company for new biz to learn

but quite limited chance to be on a higher level

Once, a person told me:

you stay in a company for at least two years,

1st year you learn

2nd year you contribute

end of this two years, you review yourself and evaluate

is it worth for you to stay or to fly higher

I don't know can I last for so long

Don't wish to think about it

Work hard for now 

and I believe things will come slowly

and I will know where I truly belong

Be patient while work hard for me....

butterfly flying inside me but I will be patient for it...

KL Marathon 2012

First time participated marathon...

Didn't really trained very well....final month count down only have some slight intensive training.

Completed 33km in almost 7 hours.

For first timer with minimum training consider still acceptable

After half marathon, my joint start feeling pain and hard to continue running.

My determination and your support pushed me to finish till 33km.

without you I couldn't have completed it.

The feeling of fulfillment is nice...but the after effect is terrible

couldn't really walk properly for quite some day...

walk like an old lady with tong ka....lol

Overall is a nice experience...

hopefully one day I can really finish it with my own leg within the time limit...

Just realized that I am away from internet (i mean social network) for almost one month.

really lost in touch with quite something

Had been quite busy month

days seem passing super fast

The book you gave me said...

Work hard for now as this is what you have...

if so....how to prepare ourselve for future

don't we need to plan or just let the flow go?

Massage

Got this massage voucher from Groupon.

if not mistake, RM68 for lymphatic massage, full body wrap, neck treatment,

 stem, stomach and ear candle.

Not a bad experience.

Totally nude and just let the expert do their job...quite shy at first...:x

Kind of pain at certain area when they massage, but they say I am too over react...perhaps...

Anyhow, overall quite nice, didn't really feel anything special after complete the session

but quite sleepy...haha...too relax

and....slightly burn my tummy...(not very sure is it normal)

should give it a try if you have the chance, it wasn't really that bad

it is enjoyable ^^

ps:1. Use wrong way back home, end up drive quite some distance to back...

2. lock myself outside room...hopefully not that worse...pray hard while patient waiting...
